Hyatt Regency Kiev

Excellent loaction, great rooms , helpful staff. The pool and spa are fantastic. I would stay here every time I am in Kiev !

No class of service as a normal Hyatt gave to offer, since I last stayed, all services, starting from checkin procedures to room comfort to other hotel services have been deteriorating. On the second day the room was smelling sewage which was not acceptable. They blamed me for turning the temperature down that resulted in causing the incident. Even the letter I got from the reception didn't have any apologies or any humor. I will sure not recommend anyone to stay there anymore. Sometimes even, we had to wait for our car because the valet parking person went for launch. What a disappointment.

Great location. I was excited to stay only to be placed in the hot room and staff was not able to do anything about it. Their recommendation was to go and stay at the Intercontinental or Fairmont if I wanted my room cooler. My husband and I were not even offered to move to a different room. Rude and incompetent staff.

Brilliant facilities, superb pool and steam room, incredibly clean and well maintained. A tad pricey, but that's Kiev! Didn't think much to the Asian restaurant, sadly no better than the average UK takeaway despite being cooked fresh on site. Excellent breakfast with extensive choices.

Well located and maybe the best hotel in Kyiv with the Intercon. Pricing goes along with this of course. The SPA was very nice also, the therapist was really first class. Also very well located, a hop and a skip from everything. Staff was very courteous and polite.

Greetings from Kiev, Ukraine. I arrived at the Hyatt Regency Kiev 2 days ago after a not so enjoyable trip to Odessa at an alleged 5 star. I cannot express in words how impressed I am with this hotel, I have stayed in many top tier hotels throughout the world and the level of absolutely everything here, from customer service, friendliness, quality of food, accomodation, and cleanliness is absolutely staggering. If you have the money to spend I would not think twice to book your stay here, you will not be disappointed. I have never felt so safe in eastern Europe. I am from Canada and I feel right at home in this hotel. Everyone speaks fluent english and bend over backwards to ensure you are happy. Highly highly highly recommended!! A+
