Extremely Poor Customer Service

The staff at this firm have extremely poor customer service skills and need to be retrained. They frequently argue with their guests and refuse to assist. The facilities are ok to above average. But the staff leaves a lot to be desired, so I rated the situation a 1 overall

The Bathroom had one Glass Wall!

The location is fantastic, the staff were helpful and the room was lovely... except for one thing; the bathroom had one glass wall! This meant that whenever I or my wife wanted to use the toilet, the other one had to turn around. Who on earth thought that this would be a good idea when they built the place?!!

Look elsewhere!

Pros: The view of the square from my bedroom.
Cons: The staff are largely awful.
Location: Well located.
The hotel affords wonderful views of kiev, if you are located in the front facing rooms. The rooms are in need of renovation, but this is not unusual for hotels in the part of Europe. However, my real concern was the attitude of the staff, whom I found to be unfriendly and even condescending. I have stayed in other hotels in Kiev and rented apartments, with this being my only truly bad experience.
