As an owner here I required a 2nd week and Expedia came through for us. The staff are awsome. They were able to answer any questione we had. The grounds are well maintained. They have a prrson through whom you can book a Luau or any other excursion you want to take. There are 3 grocery stores nearby ( but because everything is imported prices are higher than the mainland). Lots of restaurants and food trucks.

Issue with cockroaches within the suite was brought to the attention of the front desk staff on the second day. We were not offered an alternative suite for the duration of stay (i.e. 10 days in total). Staff did spray the unit 5 or 6 times over the course of our stay, but the spray left a strong odor and the cockroaches were found running around the unit up to the 8th day of the stay. The resort manager eventually did refund 3 days of our payment, but between the cockroaches and the smell of the repellant, we found that our entire stay was unpleasant. Too bad because the resort would otherwise be a fine destination.
