"Everything you need"
Great condo, great location, reasonable price. What more do you need? Right on a great beach, within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The condo we had was more than nice enough. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again if we return to Maui.

"Great stay at a lovely property in Kihei"
This was my second time at Maui Sunseeker, and I was as happy this time as I was on my first visit. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is directly across the two lane road from a lovely little beach. The amenities are fine including a pool and hot tub. The location is convenient for almost all activities on the island of Maui. There was a fine library of guidebooks for the residents to use. All in all, a lovely property with great staff. Highly recommended for the LGBTQ community, but I would say it is equally fine for those who are not.

"Home Sweet Home "
We love this condo! It's so spacious and comfortable that we didn't want to leave! We stayed in unit 4 which is a 2bd, 2 ba, upstairs with a beautiful ocean view!!! This is our 5th time staying at Maui Hill. We have stayed at two other condos on Maui in the past and once we found our "home" at Maui Hill we won't stay anywhere else! Dennis Costa and his staff make all the difference. They make everyone's experience feel like they're part of the family. We would recommend Maui Hill to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxing environment located in sunny Kihei on the outskirts of shops and beaches (within walking distance). Kihei borders the posh community of Wailea with it's grand resorts, great restaurants and shopping. We prefer snorkeling to shopping, but there is something for everyone nearby. We already miss our beautiful island home and family at Maui Hill. We can't wait for next year!

"Fantastic pool"
Great condo. Our unit was totally upgraded.Very nice kitchen, spacious, steps from the upper swimming pool which had a waterfall and nice ledge where my 2 year old could splash around in 1 foot of water. Great walk in shower in the master bath. The beds were very comfy. Beach towels, pool noodles, beach toys, etc. provided. We had our own assigned parking spot which was nice. 2 minute drive to shops and restaurants and world class beaches. Kihei was great. Lots of beaches, restaurants, shops. Ulua beach was our favourite, south in Wailea. Lots of shade and waves weren't too big for small children. North from here was Kalama park which had a large playground and beside it was Cove park which had a nice shallow beach with gentle waves (no shade though). Kihei had a more beach town feel to it vs. Ka'anapali or other areas of the Island. My husband and 5 year old also drove as far south as you could go and were impressed with the lava fields.

"Great stay at Maui Kamaole in Kihei-recommend"
Our unit was great! -clean, well kept & maintained, nicely & comfortably furnished & updated. Bathrooms/showers were really nice. It's obvious that the owners care about their unit & making it comfortable for the people that stay in it. The kitchen is well stocked-plenty of dishes, small appliances, cookware/utensils, few spices. Lots of towels & beach towels, even had boogie boards, beach mats, & snorkel gear to use. Unit had books & DVD's to watch, also had plenty of Maui travel guides which were helpful. Birdseed was provided to feed little birds that visit the lovely patio everyday. Nice pool, hot tub & community gas grill are just a few steps from the patio door. Condo grounds quiet & well maintained. I was worried about late check in, but I called the condo a couple of days before our scheduled arrival & got instructions because the office would be closed. We arrived at 10:30pm, onsite security guard was right there & directed us to the office area where a screen listed our expected arrival & directed us to call a customer service number. We got immediate assistance & were able to check in immediately. Our unit had a key pad, so we never had to worry about a key just had a code which was awesome. Only suggestion: buy purified water for drinking & cooking. Water had an odd smell/taste, used it to cook/boil if water would be drained, but for everything else like making coffee, juice or drinking we used purified water. Loved everything else-would absolutely stay here again

Pocket Guide: Kihei, Maui Island LGBT Welcoming Hotels

Kihei has many big-city amenities, including notable restaurants. Here, visitors can sample Hawaiian cuisine and learn about the state’s obsession with SPAM, the canned meat. Kihei’s beaches—Kamaole, Keawakapu, Kihei, and Mai Poina—are good for walking, swimming, and windsurfing. Makena Beach, south of Kihei, is aptly nicknamed the Big Beach. This beach is 100 yards wide and almost a mile long.
