“Very clean and very comfortable room!”

The room was very clean and beautiful. The mattress was better than the one at my own home! It was a great hotel.

“Nice Staff, Nice Motel”

We stayed 3 nights, so before our visit was over I had bonded with the staff. They were really friendly and concerned that we had what we needed during our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and large enough for 3 people to move around easily.

The morning staff, especially, were the friendliest group of persons with whom I have interacted in a hotel setting. My family and I were treated as valued customers with smiles and offers to help with breakfast, directions, anything we needed. The housekeeping staff, the breakfast room staff and the front desk staff were superb.

“Nice roadside hotel”

Everything was great except for a slight damp smell due to being so close to the river I think. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts, good coffee. Rooms very upscale and comfortable, nice bathrooms.

“Good location”

This hotel was in the perfect location on our trip back home from Florida. Half way there and in the central time zone. Our bathroom was in need of some repair. There was obvious signs that there had been a leak and the door as well as the floor had been damaged. After both my husband and myself had showered that morning we noticed there was some water on the floor. The tub was also looking old. The rest of the room was wonderful, comfortable bed, nice lighting, and great towels. Breakfast was good.

“Not getting what you pay for”

The process with Expedia was fine, but the experience with the hotel was a total downfall and according to the hotel, even after showing them that I had reserved and paid for the King suite with a jacuzzi, they said that they did not have one and any reimburement would be handeled by Expedia and not the hotel since I had gone through them to purchase the room. Unnacceptable service from the hotel.
