Not bad, but could be better.

I seldom saw staff during my stay. At the desk, they only appeared when the bell rang. At breakfast, they only checked on things every half hour or so. Garbage got to overflowing before it was emptied, and the toaster crumb tray was emptied onto the floor by a staff member! The power was out our first night, and staff didn't seem to mind guests using the pool in near total darkness. Talk about a safety risk. The hotel is nice though. Our bed was not terribly comfortable, but the room was clean, and the breakfast was adequate. For a larger family, the value there is noteworthy. We would stay again for the same rate, but probably not for more than we paid on this visit.

A decent place to stay for the price...

Pros: location, price, beds, cleanliness, breakfast
Cons: shock the pool and turn up the thermostat on the pool!
Location: very close to everything, including the highway. very easy to find.
My room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable w/plenty of pillows! The bathroom was small and did not have an exhaust fan, but it was very clean. The hot tub was nice...the water in the pool was very cloudy and looked like it needed to be shocked. But over all, a really good value for the money! Breakfast was nice as well, especially on Monday when there were not many people there. The halls were quiet, and I was not concerned about being there by myself.

Ok hotel

We booked through Expedia and the price was great for the 3 days we stayed there but there was a shower curtain in our room that was just resting on the shower it wasn't connected to the wall and there was a sign saying every room has a rounded shower curtain for more room we did not have that, ours was straight. And since our curtain was resting on the wall (we could move it very easily) it wasn't high enough so the see through part let water out onto the floor and would get everything wet in the bathroom. The pool could of been a little warmer but wasn't bad. The hottub was great. The sauna wasn't on so we weren't able to use it. The breakfast was average. The rooms were clean and we'll kept just needs some updating with paint and minor things. But for the price I would stay again just hopefully these things would be fixed the next time we're in the area.

The room was great! Loved the decor & colors reminded me of a comfy bedroom. Bed was very comfortable & absolutely loved the bathroom also, will definitely stay here again!

My GPS kind of misguided me directly to the hotel but once I got the gist of the neighborhood I was good to go. Nice proximity to a number of eateries and shopping. My stay was due to a school activity for grandchild who ended up staying overnight with me. We bought swimsuits to indulge in the clean pool. My only problem being the back of hotel faced a street so it was a bit noisy once rush hour hit. I sleep light, so it was an issue.

Best bed ever in a hotel, liked the big breakfast, freshly painted room and digital thermostat that worked and was easy to use. Room had a microwave and refriderator. Going back next time I am in Kimberly.

Helpful and accommodating

I reserved a number of rooms for myself and family members as we gathered for my father's funeral in town. We found the staff very helpful and accommodating .

Great short stay

Great hotel for a short stay. Rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast had a lot of selection and the staff was always filling things that were low.
