“Not all that wonderful”

Hotel pretty old, Beds are horrible you might as well sleep on the floor, the only thing I really liked about this hotel is that the swiming pool was like bath water unlike most hotels!

“Just fine.”

The "ups": late check-in was a breeze, and my room was very clean the whole time I was there. The air conditioner/heater was easy to set and maintained a good temperature in the room. Additionally, it was very quiet during my stay. I also really liked the location. The "downs": the mattress was pretty uncomfortable (lumpy, seemed as if springs were poking in places, and not very soft). If they aren't doing some remodeling, the stained hallway carpet and walls with marks where a border once hung, is kind of off-putting. (If this hotel plans on remodeling, they should mention it to guests and maybe hang a sign to indicate why it looks a little broken down at this time. Other: this hotel may want to check their cable channel numbers card (many did not match up)--not a life or death issue, but it's nice to not have to flip around. Overall, I picked this hotel for the price and location, not for the luxe accomodations. That being said, I am not sure I could recommend this hotel to friends or stay in it myself until those little changes are made. Start with improving the mattresses, and many people will overlook the aesthetic issues.

“No Keys!”

The hotel room was comfortable and the pool was great. The key machine was broken and for the entire nogth the front desk person had to take us to our room. They didn't verify our id. They just let us in whatever room we told them was ours. Scary! Grumpy front desk.

“Not so super”

ABSOLUTE WORST BEDS I EVER SLEPT IN, could feel the springs. Towels were small, could not get additional towels when requested, had to wait till laundry was done. Pool towels were ridiculously small and could not be taken back to the room, what a joke! Froze our buns off heading back to the room. Sauna was not turned on. Key cards did not work at more than one outside entrance. For the money we paid for this weekend, we were quite dissatisfied! Manager offered nothing more than an apology. Called corporate the next day and they offered to refund some of our money.

Complimentry breakfast, easy check-in and checkout. Rooms are clean but need updating.

Thoe hotel was located in a very nice area and the grounds were keeped very good but the room smelled so bad of old smoke it made us smell the same way and this was suppose to be a non smoking room.
