“Greast Hotel for the Money”

We stayed for only one night and had a great time. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, the room was large and comfortable and the free breakfast was great. The hotel is within walking distance to the casino, but they offer a free shuttle, so we took advantage of it. I would recommend this hotel over the more expensive ones next to the casino. The only negatives would be to have larger TVs in the rooms and to add a couple more tables in the breakfast area.

We stay here everytime we visit and have enjoyed it on each occasion. The hotel staff are exceptional along with the rooms. I mentioned on our stay that the the rooms were so clean and every employee is really great!

“Great hotel, very clean”

Clearly one of the nicest hotel we've stayed in. Huge, clean and very comfortable room. My wife usually carries disinfecting towelettes to clean the stuff were going to come in contact with in the room. We were very pleased to see that they had a clean box for the remote to ensure us that the remote control had been cleaned. The breakfast was very, very good. We stayed at another hotel the last time we went to this casino and believe me, this hotel was worth the extra money. The shuttle service is an excellent service. Loved it!!!

Only thing wrong with the room was the bathroom floor. The floor was sticky near the toilet. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable. I have stayed there before and would so again.

I was really surprised at the way the rooms looked and how they had been kept up todate. The staff was really nice. I had never stayed there before because I was afraid that it was too old but it looks like any other new motel from the inside. I was really suprised.

“Overnight Stay”

Not a smoke-free facility, our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Bed was clean and comfortable.

“Home away from home”

From first arrival at the front desk the service attendant made my wife and I feel like we were home. She was a very pleasant and professional lady with quite a great personality. Best Western should be really proud of her or make her the Manager.
