overpriced/not too nice

Posted May 10, 2011
Front desk not very friendly. Rooms were dark and had a dingy smell to them. For a bunch of guys on a hunting/fishing trip the room might have been alright(although overpriced). For others traveling on business or leisure the room was definitely sub-standard.

Do not stay here!!

Posted Apr 4, 2011
We chose this hotel because it was the only one that we could find. when we arrived the lobby looked good, but when we went to our room in was terrible. we were given a smoking room with out the option for a non smoking and the smell was very strong. the carpet was old and not in good condition and the bed spread was very worn down.the room was also very bare. it just had a bed 2night stands, a lamp and a tv and a bed. there were no pictures on the wall or anything like that. the shower had mold in it and the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned. the air turned off all the time and we would have to get up and turn it back on. you also could see the outside from under the door.on the inside of the door there was a list of tips from a hotel with a different name.this is supposed to be an extened stay hotel but i could barly say one night.the person at the front desk was not very nice and when we called for 2 more pillows we were told we could on have one more that there were plenty in the room.i would not tell anyone to stay at this place. it looked like something you could rent by the hour and not for an extened stay. if we would have been able to find something else we would have. there were cheeper hotels around that looked much better. we paid way too much per night for this crappy place DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

It served it's purpose

The hotel was clean and quiet. We did not sample the continental breakfast. The one thing I will say bad about the hotel is the fact you had to take stairs up to the second level rooms. This would be very difficult for anyone who has problems climbing stairs. Whether it be elderly or physically challenged. Plus it was cumbersome to drag suitcases up those stairs. If there was an elevator, we were not told about it. For a one night stay, it served it's purpose.
