I needed a place for one night while attending an outdoor event in Kingman, AZ. This hotel backs up to the train tracks. And many trains go through Kingman. I always take and use ear plugs when I travel so the trains did not bother me.

Great visit.Posted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Booked on-line. Room was clean and was very quiet. We stayed on the inside and did not hear the train which is close by. Breakfast was good - danishes, apples, bananas, english muffins and toast. Coffee was available through the coffee bag or instant pouch. They will be doing some remodeling soon to enhance the breakfast opportunities according to the management.

A Cheap Place to Flop for a NightPosted Sep 4, 2013
Pros: Pros: It was cheap ($40 w/taxes). It was easy to find. It wasn't busy. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Cons: Old TV (So what?) No Shampoo (I had brought my own) Outdated (So what?)
Location: Easy on and off from I-40 on South Andy Devine, first Hotel on the left.
It was either the Hampton Inn for $129 plus Tax or Magnuson @ $40 w/tax. I decided to save $89-90. All I needed was a place to flop and Magnuson fit the bill.

conveniently located on I40 for someone who wants to stop overnight before hitting grand canyon. NO INTERNET in room despite the fact it says there is WiFi available.
