“Pleasantly surprised”

Charm it hasn't but this motel is great value. The room was perfectly adequate and the shower was much better than that at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The rate includes a full, hot breakfast which was a nice surprise. Despite being on a busy road, the room was quite quiet.

“2nd stay”

Having stayed there one night, we decided to come back to this hotel on our way to Nevada. Second stay was also pretty good. Hotel staff was very accomodating this time also. Rooms are pretty big and pretty well maintained. The hotel location is absolutely convenient.

the only problem is there was little bugs in the ice machine.. we could not use the ice all else was good.

The hotel receptionists were very accommodating. We were close to the route that we needed to take to the Grand Canyon and they were very helpful with the information that we needed. We visited several times with them and they were helpful with restaurants in the area that had local movie star history. They also informed us of some dangerous high wind warnings on the route we were to take when we left and told us of an alternate route to take (which we did). The breakfasts were tasty. Would recommend more outside seating - Thank you for an enjoyable time Karen & Teri

“Fair”

Fair hotel for a short stay. Service people are nice and good. Facilities a bit old.

The staff was awesome and helpful, breakfast was great. The bed was perfect. The carpet was a bit old, but everything was clean. We really like staying here!

Staff was great, but room needs to be updated.

Toilet ran, I had to adjust the in-tank valve. TV very old. Bed very old. Card lock needed multiple tries to open. Morning breakfast top notch, very friendly people. Price was right.
