We arrived too early to go to our rooms but were able to leave our bags so no problem.
We were also leaving early next morning (6am) and the staff kindly prepared breakfast
early for us. We will certainly go again.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I booked it on the spur of the moment as I had an unexpected stopover in London and was looking for something near to the train/underground station. It was literally RIGHT across the street and super easy to find due to its unique exterior. The atmosphere was very trendy and friendly. Check-in was a breeze and our room was large by London standards and comfortable. The bedding was comfy, the view was great, the bathtub was deep and inviting. My only negative about this hotel was that it was a bit noisy at night as our room faced the main road--this was the tradeoff for the great view of St. Pancras Station, so I just turned up the waterfall on my iphone a bit and all was well.

The hotel is located very close to Kings Cross which makes life so much easier when getting your cases from the station to your hotel. The room was clean and tidy and perfectly adequate for our short stay and it was great having the convenience of the small kitchen so you could get breakfast in your room. One minor problem was that we hadn't been told beforehand that we would need photo ID and I didn't have any with me, luckily my daughter had her driving licence so that was okay, but they should tell you when you book that this will be required. The only downside with the hotel was that it was noisy when other guests went up and downstairs and when there was someone in the room above us, this was a bit of a problem late at night, as was the pub around the corner, which was quite rowdy late on, this would be helped by double glazing! Overall the hotel was fine and suited our needs on this occasion.

Helpful staff members made stay pleasant.
Room size reminded me of Ibis hotel, with a nicer decor.
One drawback was the squeaking floor boards. Could hear others moving around in their rooms.
Shower stall was compact, but everything worked. Room was cleaned every day without asking.

Good value for money hotel. Really enjoyed the breakfasts despite the hotel being really busy and also enjoyed meal in the Indian restaurant. Hotel was a 20min walk from Kings Cross but <5mins from No 38 & 19 bus straight into the centre. Will certainly return when upgrade completed.

With the Eurostar and many metro and train lines at St Pancras and King's Cross stations, most people know the bustling area as a transportation hub. Thanks to a redevelopment, it is now much more. Restaurants, galleries, and a street market have opened near Regent's Canal. St Pancras also has Europe's longest oyster bar, and don't forget the Harry Potter Store at King's Cross Platform 9 3/4.
