Our room was clean- bathroom a little tired BUT the breakfast was better then any free breakfast at any other hotel, they had free warm chocolate chip cookies at night and the staff was so friendly and nice!!!

Check in person was very nice. The property was basically clean. The rooms seemed old and dated. The bathroom was very small. Seemed clean but just looked bad due to the age of the property. Breakfast area very small with few options.

Was nice till we tried to have a shower. Water flooded the bathroom floor and went all over the place which made it very slippery. Kaitlyn was very good and helpful. She brought us towels to try and dry up floor so we had to walk on wet towels. Breakfast was good but would not stay again. Too bad because we come to Kingsland every year,

My husband and I felt the front desk Hostess Upon our arrival was curt and somewhat sarcastic. After driving 12 hours straight, we were very tired and was expecting someone more welcoming and pleasant. The morning, staff, To include front desk and dinnette area where wonderful and very friendly. The woman preparing the breakfast area was very helpful and friendly. The gentleman bussing the area had a smile on his face. The whole time and also was very helpful.

Staff was really helpful and polite. Although finding the stairs near the main entrance from the 2nd floor is very difficult. Complimentary breakfast was a 3 out of 5.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and very attractive with festive holiday lighting and decorations in the lobby. Akia, who checked us in, was very pleasant and helpful. She even called to make sure we were happy with our room. A nice breakfast is included, and the rate was under $100/night!

The one thing that I didn’t like was the juice machine dispensed orange juice concentrate instead of juice. No attendant nearby when I took first drink. The situation was corrected.

Arthur was awesome at check in! Great location, clean rooms. Bed was a little too firm for me but fine for my hubby. Lots of restaurants nearby and super close to the highway for easy travel.

This hotel is infested with roaches. The minute we walked into the room there was a roach. They moved us to another room all the way down the hall, and within 30 minutes 2 more roaches. DO NOT stay here…. Reviews are TOTALLY fake!!!! Disgusting!!!!
