Soon as you complained about the room we immediately moved you to another room and you said this is much better and perfect and we waived your pet fee even if you did not submit your service dog license! We expect honest opinion the service ultimately you received from the property.Thank you.

Hello,As per our records indicate that, your reservation was for 4 rooms for 4 days and your checked-in was on time and smooth in front of the Owner and manager. Instead of 4, we provided you 5 rooms and did not even charge for the 5th room because double bed was unavailable.The next day when you checked-out we asked you about any issues with the property and you said everything was fine, and we refunded you all the room charges you paid for.All your crews needed smoking rooms. In any property, smoking rooms are limited and from 2024, Wyndham requires the whole property as non-smoking. We believe, we tried our best to provide the best guest service from our end.
