“If necessary....”

Location was excellent to waterfront .. places to eat.... and many different attractions. Staff were pleasant, breakfast was nothing more than oatmeal pies and juice boxes. But we adjusted. Staff could have been a little more thorough on the general dusting and sweeping of rooms. And none of us would take a bath for the simple fact that the soap scum was so bad... we showered only. It was a major bowl game in town and rooms were few and far between. The staff will however ... try to help you out almost anyway they can.

For getting off the road and finding a quiet, restful place to relax for low cost, this is a good spot.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly.

It wasn't incredibly nice, but it was very affordable and convenient while I was traveling. It was a little dirty (crumbs, dog hair in the bathroom, ect.), but nothing that seemed to require biohazard containment.

I have stayed in many Super8s. This place was very below par. The hallways reaked of smoke. Towels weren't completely white. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

“Run down, old hotel”

The star rating for this hotel is way off. This is clearly an old hotel that was purchased by someone and are trying to keep it alive. The positives: clean beds, quiet, provide breakfast, convenient to Interstate 95. The negatives: run down, unfriendly staff, very poor breakfast selection, saw a bug in my room, the back door stayed open, general appearance was terrible.
