Would not even stay there! Nasty staff, smoking in non smoking areas, some smoking marijuana INSIDE their room. Wouldn’t refund us and we rented a room elsewhere. HORRIBLE
The staff was so involved in her phone she didn't even notice someone standing in front of the desk awaiting check in.
I also did not appreciate the overwhelming smoke smell the moment you step in the hotel. In addition, the noise at night was very loud.

Quick stay for a last-minute ski trip to Hunter mountain. Clean room. Breakfast room was clean and well organized. The only negative is coffee was watery and the price is a little high. Thumbs up for the consistency of the brand.
This place is terrible. Do not stay here. Unsafe and dirty. It appears to have low income families living there. The price was $400 a night. It was so bad that we had to leave and find another hotel to stay. Travel sites and Comfort Inn misrepresent it as a regular hotel. No disclosure about the long term residents. After leaving I looked it up and found what appears to be fake google reviews giving it 5/5. Read the many google reviews that mirror our experience with this dump. It should be reported to the consumer protection agency!
After walking in and seeing many people loitering in the lobby, I immediately cancelled my reservation. I had my young daughter and her friend staying with me and to say I felt unsafe is an understatement. As I understand it, the local government is using this hotel to support families that don’t have a place to go. While I support that, that should be disclosed before booking so I can make an informed decision about whether or not I want to stay there. The lack of transparency on this point feels intentional and is disappointing to say the least. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel

We were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned for 4 days. The smell almost made me pass out. I had to leave and check into a holiday inn. I called my bank to dispute the payment. Hopefully I’ll get my money back

The staff at the front desk was unprofessional and never available. There was a sigh on the front desk to call for service but never answered the phone. Couldn’t make change for cash payments as well as noisy nights and conditions were run down.

Convenient to the horse show at HITS but the price was very high for a tiny room, dirty indoor pool and zero other amenities. Luckily we were on the side of the hotel facing away from the Thruway. The side door, which is supposed to be locked did not lock at all.

Check in took quite sometime and the employee was very unprofessional. She gave no information on the hotel - WiFi, pool etc… just handed us the room keys after a very long time chatting with her manager Danny on the phone and making facial expressions and complaining. There was an argument during the night and unprofessional talk with the employees. Thankfully our room was clean.

Rooms were very clean, breakfast was perfect. They were extremely responsive to issues, and have honest working staff. We left a tablet in the room accidentally, and they called to let us know they found it! Good for families with kids, as they had a pool for evening activities!

About what I expected
4 of us, 2 adults, 2 kids. Room was comfortable enough, but aged. Sofa bed waa sketchy...definitely some interesting stains on the sofa. Employees were nice enough. Breakfast was plentiful.
Rooms are very close to NY thruway and truck noise is plentiful. Bring a noise canceling machine if you are a light sleeper.

Overall was a good stay. They have a nice pool. We did get in trouble for our dog barking for 20 minutes while we were at the pool the first day and were threatened with a fee if it happened again. This made us nervous to leave the dog in the room while we were eating breakfast or swimming. However everything turned out fine after that. We would stay there again.

Terrible noise control. Loud. I’ve never woken from sleep because of people getting it on. Screaming. Other hotel guests awake and yelling at 2am at these boisterous guests. Even in the morning when people are getting up you cane hear every door, shower or cabinet door close.
