déçus par ce Best Western, type motel plus très jeune bien que manifestement rénové. Le conditionnement est très bruyant, les couvertures insuffisantes et nous avons eu froid. De plus difficultés à trouver un restaurant convenable dans les environs.

what a let down

The pictures I saw on travel site were deceiving to say the least. Wasp nests in borken siding, property riddled with mosquitos and garbage. Whirlpool out of service, free breakfast is frozen eggs, something that passes for sausage, stale bread, cereals, baked goods and terrible coffee. Beds were hard and fitted with sheets that didn't fit bed. Room was so humid all the time that towels were never dry, dirt/water splashed behind bed, cob webs in corner of room. Free movie channel that worked once for a few hours, called twice then gave up. Checking out a day early, the front desk clerk acted as if i was a terrible inconvenience. There is so much more to say that I don't have time or space. I will say that the cleaning staff were very nice although after saying we didn't need our room cleaned the first 2 days, on the third day I asked and they didn't change the sheets or vacuum. ...the chair had a rip in it exposing cushion, air conditioner was so loud difficult to sleep...

The stay was okay since is a motel upgrade to a 3 star hotel. There was left over food in the fridge from the previous guest. This means the cleaning was not done thoroughly.

Chambre mal isolée, petite et pas confortable. Dommage car l'hôtel est bien placé et dispose d'1 psicine intérieure très sympa et d'1 piscine extérieure

Rooms need a real clean up! Under the bed was dirty and behind the dresser was with spider webs! Unfortunately my earing fell behind and I have to move the dresser and oh surprise! So dirty!
