Business FacilitiesPosted Jan 17, 2014
Pros: Location, friendlyness of check-in personal
Cons: WIFI, Business Center
Good Hotel Location for businesses in Kingston, Wifi very bad reception and slow. Business Center charges USD 2 per page for a print out!!! Very unprofessional.

Good location, friendly and courteous staff.Posted Jan 11, 2014
Pros: Located on the main New Kingston strip and staffed by friendly and courteous individuals.
Cons: Buffet breakfast requires greater variety. Too much pork and dairy products daily.
Location: Theatres are close by as well as a number of reasonable food outlets and restaurants.
It was nice to have a balcony but would have preferred a room higher than the 3rd floor due to the noise from the air conditioning unit just below our balcony. Having a buffet style breakfast included is particularly attractive, however there should be a wider range of choices. The daily menu is dominated by eggs, ham and pork sausages which becomes somewhat monotonous during an extended stay. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel but very bad service!Posted Nov 20, 2013
Very bad service, bell boy never came. Asked for hot water for baby bottles, that was given to me in a thermos, which had not been cleaned out and had coffee in there from before. Asked for a menu for room service, was rudely told to find it in the room.. I am a SPG Gold Member but will never come back to this hotel!!

Too expensive for what you get!Posted Aug 21, 2013
Pros: Close to the city
Location: Close to everything
Nice clean hotel in the middle of Kingston, rooms are ok but quite old. I paid $200 plus tax at a place that is worth $140, not more than that! There are better places in Kingston, but if they lower the price, I would definitively go back. Ye mon!
