“Perfect for a leisure stay”

Nice hotel with a verycorrect level of service. The hotel is close to the highway but it's not too noisy.

“Would stay here again”

This hotel was very clean and comfortable and is definitely worth the money. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. All around - great service and rooms and especially for the price.

“Convenient and courteous”

This location was easy to access off of the 401 and every staff member we encountered was extremely courteous and calm. Although the first floor rooms in a section of the hotel are undergoing upgrades, we found the contractors were also smiling. The Denny's was very convenient for breakfast in the morning, too! Next time we are in Kingston, we will look to stay here.

“GoodOverAll”

The phone calls to the U.S. was too expensive. Also, no continental breakfast. Otherwise, every thing was great.

“adequate but not worth repeating”

Clean enough but would not stay there again if I come back to the region. Although renovated in past few years, very heavily used rooms. Clean but worn. Poor cooling - could not regulate room temperature adequately for comfortable sleep. Lots of road noise.

“Not bad.”

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff at front desk was not always available to pick up the phone.

“Worst hotel to ever stay”

The hotel is in a very bad condition, no hot water in freezing temeprature weather, after calling front desk several time, no response on when the hot water will turn on, finally next day morning all the rooms we had occupoed , all of us left without showers.
