“Convenient Location - No Problems”

It was a fine hotel for the money. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The parking garage made life easy. Very friendly staff. We would definitely visit again.

Just fine. Fitness centre is just a room with a couple treadmills. Kingston really needs a nice hotel...

“Functional hotel, but low quality for the price.”

There was nothing bad that I have experienced in terms of treatment. However, this hotel is what I would categorize as a motel. It's an old building, and the furniture/room's decor/quality is of low quality. This time, I got a suite (the trip before I had a standard room). It was quite disappointing as the suite had no real place for work (desk space, etc), more than what a standard room has. There was a constant noise in the bathroom. The TV remote didn't function properly, and the internet connection was so-so. There was no wifi in rooms, even though I called the hotel in advance and they told me they have wifi. True, they have wifi, but you can't get a signal in the room, but only at their restaurant. On a positive note, the hotel in nicely located. But I would guess that this is the case with most other hotels in Kingston. Bottom line -- I think it would be smart to check other options for my next visit.
