Excellent Service; Friendly StaffPosted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Convenient location right of the highway. Clean. Friendly staff.
Right from the booking process to our final departure, everyone we dealt with were extremely helpful, courteous, and accommodating. I booked this hotel a few months in advance for a concert we were attending in Kingston. The staff noted on our reservation that I would be arriving late at night and I reserved a cot. Upon my late arrival, the front staff was friendly, and the cot was already in our room!! We were very impressed. It was late a night, everyone was tired and our needs were met. Great job!!! Breakfast, by the way, also impressed my family. 10 out of 10, would stay again!!!

Always a great place to stay.Posted Nov 26, 2014
Pros: Just about everything. I really liked having a fridge, microwave and sink in the room.
Cons: Mattress too soft....way too soft.
Even though the mattress was too soft (I understand they are in the process of replacing them) this hotel is always a pleasant place to stay. Great front desk staff.

Nice hotel. Best beds everPosted Nov 4, 2014
Pros: Cleaniyness. Beds are very comfortable. Staff has always been friendly and helpful
Location: Close to OLG slots and just a short drive to down town. Some good bars there.
We go to Ganaoque approx. 3 times a year. Always stay at this hotel. One time this hotel was not available and had to stay somewhere else. There was no comparison. Only thing I have to say that I would like to see better is the price. It is rather pricey, but worth the comfort.

hotel à GananoquePosted Oct 24, 2014
Le chauffage était trop bruyant. Sinon, je n'ai rien à dire ni en bien ni en mal.

Room a bit small but bathroom far too smallPosted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: Nice clean and comfortable bed. Concierge staff friendly.
Cons: Transport to and FROM Kowloon station or airport. More information on booking form letting us know THERE is NOTt a pickup bus .
Location: Location fine
Bathroom door very difficult to manage. Bathroom very small. No bus pickup at Kowloon station (even though they do drop off there). Very strange!! No staff at airport or Kowloon station to ask where their hotel bus pickups (or that it doesn't pick up) . Had to phone hotel who told us that there was no bus pickup from Kowloon. Kowloon MTR staff told us to go to the concourse to get hotel bus (where we waited and waited for your bus! Another bus driver (from Silks hotel) told us we had just missed it and it came every hour . MTR staff and Silks Hotel obviously didnt know that there was no pickup either Have visited Hong Kong on many occasions but it has never taken us so long to get to our hotel. We were very disappointed and will not stay at Rosedale again. We chose that hotel because we had stayed at Rosedale in Vancouver last year and loved that hotel.

Very good option for a weekend getawayPosted Oct 14, 2014
We originally booked 2 queen beds and got upgraded (for free!) to a king size with a jacuzzi and fireplace. This place was very comfortable. A good sleep at nights. Close to Tim Hortons and other small restaurants. 20 mins to downtown Kingston. 5 mins from the boat tours. Staff were very polite. Free continental breakfast on mornings. Free high speed internet. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area and need a place to stay
