The thermostat and heater did not work in our room, and it was freezing. The staff could not fix it , and by 9:30 pm they gave up and left as we had to sleep. The gave extra blankets which was nice, but it was an uncomfortable night.

We planned a weekend getaway in Kingston for a day of shopping, dining and a lovely evening at our hotel followed by a slow, pleasurable drive home the next day. Kingston did not disappoint on the shopping and dining; however, our hotel stay was horrible. In addition to the other guests, there was a young sports team staying at the hotel. While the parents of the players were having a party in the hotel lobby, the children were left unsupervised upstairs running the halls screaming and ringing room doorbells. I contacted the front desk about stopping this behaviour so we could all get a good night’s sleep. They promised it would be rectified but failed to control the kids and the parents. Subsequent calls to the front desk did nothing to solve the issue. By now, we were wide awake and quite upset so we decided to leave and make the 2.5 hours drive home. The hotel staff did a terrible job of providing us with a quiet place to get a good night’s sleep which we feel is a reasonable expectation of a hotel.

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and clean. Very convenient to shopping and dining options as well. However walls are abit thinner than other hotels as we could hear our next room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel

Too many things went wrong. The halls were full of kids and adults til 11:30. I had to call twice to the front desk to get it to stop. The room wasn’t really clean. Even the garbage wasn’t emptied from the previous people. The toilet barely flushed. I’m pretty disappointed for spending over $300 on this room.

Amazing staff with great customer service. We checked in on a day that was sold out and everything went smoothly. The room was a great size for a king bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with access to the highway. Shopping and lots of restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean and staff were quick and friendly when asked for more towels etc. the only issue was with the elevators. They seemed slow, noisy and a rough ride.

I enjoyed my stay . Super clean. Many Breakfast choices and was pleased to see Oat Milk so that my grand daughter could have her cereal. The Pool area knocked my breathe away with the fumes of Chlorine. Eyes were burning and the kids swimming all ended up coughing. I do suggest the hotel add a streaming program so that I could set up the kids with a movie before bed. Overall a good stay and would visit again.

Everything was fine until the smoke alarms went off, no announcements, staff was going about their business like nothing happened. We took the stairs down out of the building and you could smell smoke. Still nothing from the staff, no directions , nothing at all. I’ve stayed here several times The lack of care for your guests is appalling !!

Rooms are great, staff is wonderful. Only issue was pool was very chlorinated (prob because of March break) but it burnt my eyes and made all the kids cough as soon as they went under the water.

There was a leak from upstairs in the washroom at 3:00AM and the staff knew about it even before we checked in, but didn't do anything. When we mentioned to them, they said "sorry" it happens sometimes they said.
