This trip was for a quick stop after long drive and a space to have good sleep so that I can keep going on the next day. Then Masterson’s Motel definitely served my purpose. Check in was smooth. Room is old style (colour tone wise), but washroom is new and bed is comfortable, two of which that I cared the most. So no problem to me. Heating/washroom fan was a bit noisy. Then turned them off when I went to sleep. No problem as well. I got the price when there was a promotion . Even better. And staff were all nice. Thank you very much. Overall, I am happy with my choice.

We love to stay at Masterson's when visiting family in the area. We are always guaranteed, a friendly welcome, a clean, cozy room, with a super comfy bed. What we really love is the closeness to the 401 to get back on the road, and it is always surprisingly quiet in the room. Thank you Masterson's.

You get what you pay for so don’t expect much. However, we were in unit 9 and the wifi was horrible. Had to switch to my phone data for basic internet functions.

The carpets were heavily stained, the bed was a box spring (very uncomfortable). The secondary lock on the door was broken. There was no hot water from the sink in the bathroom. there were used bars of soap and empty packets of conditioner in the bathtub. the Chairs were stained and wobbly. Quite a few of the buttons on the remote didn't work.

No place to hang clothes up ( no closet or coat hooks) Hotel was 1/2 empty yet they put me in beside a bunch of yahoos outside drinking and bbq ing until 1:45 AM. Walls paper thin.

Great little clean spot to stay
Lady that helped us check in was super friendly so we gave her chocolate. Room was very clean, bed was comfy. Absolutely no complaints and highly recommend anyone to stay there.

I was disappointed. With the good reviews, I guess I expected too much. Our key cards didn't work when we first checked in. When we finally got into the room the tv was on with the volume blaring at level 80. We booked a king room and were given a room with 2 queen beds. The bedding was stained and rumpled. The bed was comfortable but the pipes made weird noises off and on. The price was good. We were there two nights and no one checked the room to make the bed or ask if we needed towels. The 'complimentary' shampoo/conditioner was in a packet (like condiments at fast food places).
