“great place”

This is a brand new Motel 6 off the highway in Kingston. It's very modern looking and "eco-friendly," which is cool; be sure to notice the ironic vending-machine wallpaper in the lobby. Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Room was very comfortable. I read some reviews that complained that 'the walls were too thin.' When is that not the case in a motel? Did not bother us. The only drawback is the location: it is miles away (about five minutes by car) from the city; moreover, there is nothing in walking distance except for a gas station and an A&W. If you are stuck there without a car (like we were for a day), you will be saved by the wide variety of dining establishments that deliver; Ankor Thai was particularly delicious. If you're visiting Kingston and you have a car, then I would 100% recommend this place.

“Great location & value”

Because this is a newer facility everything was in very good condition. I liked the bamboo flooring; seems much more sanitary option for a hotel than carpet. The location was perfect for our plans in the area; shopping close by and not too far of a drive from Wolfe Island. Will definitely plan on staying here again for future trips.

“Well-prized, clean and modern motel - PERFECT”

We stayed for one night on our way from Kingston to Montreal. It is a great place to stay, all you need for transients. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Were provided with maps and recommondations for nice restaurants in downtown. If you have time, do not only stay at the motel, also take a ride to downtown Kingston. You'll like it!

Clean, inexpensive, close to 401 with some noise, need a car, rather new and in good condition
