Two-story hotel with no elevator that I saw (but I didn't hunt for one). The room was comfortable and not cramped. The HVAC was a bit noisy; it would have been nice to have a lower fan setting. The complimentary breakfast buffet was nothing to write home about: coffee, orange juice, 4 kinds of cereal, uninspired scrambled eggs, decent hash browns, pancakes with fake syrup, bread/toast with butter and jam. The hotel is located just off route 209, with no city traffic to deal with.

i registered at this hotel because it had a restaurant attached...The restaurant is closed. Had to drive around looking for a place to eat dinner and breakfast..in a city that i didnt care to drive invlooking for a place to eat.

Stayed one night while passing thru. Enjoyed a yummy diner at the resturant thats attached and followed with a few drink at the hotel bar. Didnt go swimming but the pool area was nice. Was a nice quiet hotel no drama was able to sleep very comfortably. Id stay there anytime!

Acceptable place to stay if you are in the area

This is a conveniently located hotel of average quality. It's a bit dated with lumpy pillows but comfortable beds and hot water. We pointed out the dust in the edges and dirty areas in the bathroom and both the housekeeper and front desk were gracious and the next day the room was cleaner. Breakfast is a choice of 3 options, no buffet.

Pool closed...stay was fine, other than that!

We were SUPER bummed the pool was closed for repairs, looked forward to a swim for our whole 11 hour drive. I had a minor panic when check-in girl asked for the credit card used to book the room & the last 4 digits shown didn't match my card. A manager came over & confirmed the last 4 digits were from 3rd party hotels.com card used to pay for the room, not my card used to book the room on the site. My panic was because our debit card was just used fraudulently for almost $500 a week prior. There's no elevator. We requested a 1st floor room since my husband has bad knees. Had a room on the 1st floor, near lobby & parking lot door (next to game room). We were a little nervous sharing a wall with the game room, but it turned out fine - no noise at all coming from the machines or people playing. Room was clean, the air/heat worked perfectly, there was no musty smell in the room (like a lot of older hotels) & there were plenty of towels. Would stay here again, but would call to make sure pool would be open during our stay. We did eat breakfast at the attached restaurant one of the mornings, had made to order eggs/toast/home fries for "free" breakfast, added an order of bacon which was well worth the upcharge - bacon was perfect & crispy! We liked the option of ordering off the free menu or using the $3.75 credit towards a larger breakfast. Would stay here again, but would call to make sure pool would be open during our stay.
