Pros: Location
The room stunk of Stale Cigarette Smoke. It was disgusting. It was also very dated with the tub having what appeared to be scum in it and the TV cabinet was falling apart. It is in a beautiful location with great trees but they need to gut each room and bring them up to date.

Expedia- I need a refund

Traveling on business and I had to move my guys to another hotel in the area. Rooms dirty/ sheets dirty/ bathroom dirty and moldy / no mattress cover (gross!) / restaurant has closed / gym is 2 treadmills I'm the lobby / the trash can in the room was a paint bucket with a big in it

Our Stay

Pros: Location, close to NYC, help us cut the drive in half.
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Kingston has a lot of restaurants and we were able to get supper easily.
The hotel was actually a motel and we were unable to use the rooms in the main building. The restaurant associated with the hotel was closed down. The staff was great and polite though. There was a terrible smell coming from the water and the bathroom and the bathroom was dirty with mold on the ceiling and in the cracks. We chose this location because the pricing was good, but would not do it again.

Pros: Front desk clerks were very nice and tried to accommodate us.
Cons: Room should be maintained more. Daily cleaning is a necessity. Room smelled very musty.
Room is adaquate for an overnight stay. Room was not cleaned very well and sheets were not replaced daily.
