Too busy

Posted May 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
The location is perfect - just minutes from the station, but a little way from alternative restaurants. The rooms are beautifully equipped. My only quibble was that it was difficult to enjoy the sumptuoys breakfast because of the huge crowds. Answer eat early or late; not at the peak of 8 a.m.

Short and Sweet

Just a short business trip. A very pleasant hotel, modern and comfortable. I was fortunate as the room was upgraded from Comfort to Executive, which was spacious well designed and very comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent selection but was very busy in the restaurant at this time. Staff were pleasant and efficient.

Espranto Hotel - FULDA

Posted Aug 6, 2011 on Hotels.com
Value for money questionable. Excellent amenities - helpful staff - question the 4 1/2 star rating after staying at better 3 star hotels we would suggest 3 stars would be adequate. The garage is across a busy street with no access directly to the hotel - not even a crossing. Never use the hotel phone to call anywhere - during this holiday we called Australia many times from other hotels (never cheap) but Esperanto charged triple the amount of others - felt ripped off. Yes, we would stay again if we couldn't find anything better.

Very nice hotel

The hotel is very close to the train station. It has a bathtub and shower. The breakfast was very good and had a large variety of food. There is a bar on the ground floor. If you are arriving in Fulda by train, be sure to exit the station at the rear of the station, or you will have a fairly long walk to get there, and you may get lost temporarily like I did.
