Nice hotel good value for moneyPosted Feb 17, 2014
We needed to stay for 4 days having couple of meetings to do in the area of Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Seattle. For the price the hotel did a very good job. At least we could not find anything better for < $95 which wouldn't be too far away. Or, if in the area, it looked worse quality. Ultimately we didn't regret our decision. The hotel was clean and comfortable for the price. Bathroom was quite new, beds fine, wifi working good. Just everything you need when staying 3-4 nights on one spot. The only slight disappointment was the breakfast, the coffee was just terrible and the overall presentation of all food was kind of strange (eggs in the plastic bags being my favorite ..) and the choice was not a great thing. Also the breakfast place was rather small and crowded at all times. But we got used to it and apart from the breakfast we found everything just fine and a good value for the money.

Nice and easy to find.Posted Feb 13, 2014
Cons: Green space for dogs
This is a pet friendly hotel. My only negative comment would be that there is no real "green space" for your dog. The ground cover is all rocks or ivy. The room was nice for the money and our room location was pretty quiet. There was a pub, with decent food, a block or so away within walking distance. If I found myself in Kirkland again, I would stay at this hotel.

Good value, clean, no frills, good night sleepPosted Feb 8, 2014
Pros: Clean rooms, quiet, proximity to highway and Downtown Kirkland.
Cons: for the money, nothing really
Location: 5 min drive to downtown Kirkland, 10 min to Redmond/Bellevue. Can walk to 2 good restaurants that are basically in the parking lot of the Hotel
Stayed 2 nights. It's a motel style, a bit dated design, but nevertheless clean rooms, very quiet (not a thin walled place). I'm a light sleeper and I had no issues hear a pin drop in my room despite proximity to I405. Rooms are appointed with mini fridge, microwave, nice desk, and plenty of outlets to charge my stuff. You won't do better for the money. Also bonus: 1 minute walk to 2 good restaurants - the "Brown Bag" gourmet breakfasts, and Shari's chain restaurant with awesome pie. You won't be disappointed.

Comfortable room near Evergreen Hospital and I-405Posted Jan 30, 2014
The building is definitely older, and a two level motel style, but the rooms were very clean and modern inside. The bed was comfortable, and I found the staff to be extremely accommodating and friendly. It is a little bit tricky to find, down a side road, but I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel in KirklandPosted Jan 29, 2014
The hotel was alright, it sits right next to the freeway which makes it noisy. However the staff was very accommodating when I complained about the road construction at midnight and moved me to a different room. For me, "white" noise is key; unfortunately the hotel did not offer or even have floor fans to offer their guests. This would have made all the difference in the world!!

Very clean, excellent bedPosted Nov 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
Front desk clerk was very helpful in recommending a dinner location. Room was very clean, bed was super comfortable. Did not try continental breakfast, but the set up looked above average.
