Nicest staff ever!

Posted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: Staff, location
Stayed here recently with my husband and young daughter. Every staff member we encountered was so nice! I think my daughter became friends with all the housekeeping staff she met in the hallway because they were all willing to stop and say hello to her. Nice location, easy access off interstate and quick commute to downtown Seattle.

Great weekend hotel

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Cons: Room safe and pay per view channels
Location: Close to Olive Garden
I booked a 2 night stay when my friend came to town. It was a perfect location for going to Seattle and other local tourist sights.

Nice hotel if 520 is open

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Location: Plenty of restaurants nearby, about 20 minutes from the airport and downtown Seattle.
This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everyone was very friendly. The only downside was finding it. I was visiting the area and a main bridge to the hotel was closed. I had a difficult time finding an alternate route. If you know the area or the 520 bridge is open, the hotel is definitely worth it.

Good Value hotel.

Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Everything was either new or updated nicely
Cons: It was fine - just don't want a room at the front of the hotel.
Location: It was near the venue we were attending, but a little removed from shopping ie in a downtown area.
The hotel was very clean and recently updated. Rooms were very good and staff were extremely nice. All and all good. We did however, get a room at the front which we have to have the window open at night - was quite noisy. Would just ask for a room at the back and then all would be good.

As Expected

Nothing special here. A very good basic hotel. You will want to request a room on the courtyard side and stay away from the street. The staff is above average and the unexpected.

Great hotel

Posted May 19, 2014
Pros: The staff were helpful and pleasant. The rooms were nice and comfortable.
Cons: I like to swim so I found the pool was too small.
Location: The location was too far from any restaurants, and shops. Was limited so we had to drive to find a place to eat.
We ate breakfast and late dinner there. The staff were pleasant and enthusiastic . We liked our rooms and the conditions. Very nice. comfortable beds.

The room was clean and had a nice contemporary feel to it. The king size bed was very comfortable, as was the love seat. It was close to Five Guys Burgers and QFC. There was also a nice bar/bistro in the lobby that served Starbucks coffee.

This Stay was an exeption

Posted May 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
I have stayed @ Courtyards before and on the whole have always been good. This stay was an exception in that my room condition was not on the level I have come to expect. there was a large amount of hair in the shower, sink and tub. The coffee maker still had coffee in it and had not been cleaned. some general debris on the floor. It looked like a hurried or very incomplete cleaning.
