Mostly positive experience.Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: Neat, clean, everything in working order.
Cons: The front desk staff could be more friendly and interested in their customers.
Location: Not many options for healthy restaurants or other activities (i.e., no large shopping malls, theaters, etc. nearby).
We checked in with no problem and our room was clean and comfortable. I feel the staff at the front desk could have been a bit more friendly and helpful, but otherwise everything was fine.

Great hotel outside of Bellevue.Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: Very Clean and friendly Staff.
Cons: They need a better TV setup. Also they need to add the option to purchase movies and shows.
Nice short stay. only 10 minutes away from Bellevue Mall. Grocery Store near by so very convenient.

Will definitely stay there again.Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: Location, cleanliness, staff
Cons: Have maps available of downtown Seattle.
Location: Easy access to UW and downtown Seattle. Definitely explore downtown Kirkland as it has many fine restaurants.
Everything was fantastic. Only issue we had was feeling like we were steered to a first floor room on the traffic side of the property. It was not too loud and the room was great but many other options seemed available at the time of check in. I agreed to the room and did not want to change once we settled in.

Clean, comfortable, newer and nice. We'll stay here again. We requested a quiet room and got one away from the road, stairs and elevator. Never heard anything. Had a very nice stay.

ComfortPosted Sep 7, 2014
Pros: Quiet room, comfortable beds & room service.
Cons: A channel guide would have been good.
Location: Close to medical facilities, restaurants.
My hubby had a surgical procedure so we did not want to be driving. I reserved this hotel anticipating that it would be comfortable. It certainly was. Even though we were next to a busy street, we had no road noise. We both slept well &. we will stay there again.

Great location with stores at walking distancePosted Aug 26, 2014
Hotel staff were really nice and flexible with our needs. There were restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The room itself was well furnished and clean.

Nicest staff ever!Posted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: Staff, location
Stayed here recently with my husband and young daughter. Every staff member we encountered was so nice! I think my daughter became friends with all the housekeeping staff she met in the hallway because they were all willing to stop and say hello to her. Nice location, easy access off interstate and quick commute to downtown Seattle.

I booked a 2 night stay when my friend came to town. It was a perfect location for going to Seattle and other local tourist sights.

Nice hotel if 520 is openPosted Jul 17, 2014
Location: Plenty of restaurants nearby, about 20 minutes from the airport and downtown Seattle.
This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everyone was very friendly. The only downside was finding it. I was visiting the area and a main bridge to the hotel was closed. I had a difficult time finding an alternate route. If you know the area or the 520 bridge is open, the hotel is definitely worth it.
