Fantastic visit againPosted Apr 17, 2015
This was our second stay at the Heathman in Kirkland and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. The entire experience (staff, check in, room and breakfast the next morning) was first class! We highly recommend this hotel. It's a gem.

Cute hotel and area.Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: Location was great. Very Clean and fairly new carpets, paint etc.
Cons: They should have the guides if they are going to claim they do. The shower leaks all over the place - should fix this as well.
Location: Great location, very cute town. Near the water, lots of restaurants and parks.
Hotel is nice, and staff are nice. Would have given it a 5 star but there were a couple of misses. For our breakfast we got the wrong item - ordered eggs over easy, they were poached. Comforter had a couple of stains on it. Website states they have trail maps for dog owner but they don't.

Nice HotelPosted Mar 28, 2015
I would stay again. Small staff i.e. bellman is valet... Rooms are lovely, bed comfy. Located in a convenient area in Kirkland. Lots of nearby shops and eateries.

Excellent hotel in Downtown Kirkland, WAPosted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: Prompt valet service, and front desk check in
Cons: An additional mirror outside of the bathroom, perhaps above the shelf by the closet.
Location: Shopping all around the hotel within walking distance, and best pizza at Zeek's behind hotel 5 minute walk.
Stay here if you want a wonderful hotel experience. All staff genuinely nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, sheets and towels were soft and cozy, mattress was comfy. I wish we could of stayed longer, but when in town again this hotel is my first choice. Book the room rate with breakfast (delicious) and valet parking.

Great location. Valet parkingPosted Mar 19, 2015
Pros: Felt at home.
Location: Lots of things to do near by.
Will use this Hotel as a regular in the future. The location in downtown Kirkland make it easy to get to any place in Kirkland. Try French coffee place for breakfast in the am for a light meal start. Pleasant staff.

Excellent location, service, and roomsPosted Mar 18, 2015
I chose Heathman Hotel on a whim that it would be a great place to study and take my comprehensive exams in a PhD program. For four nights and days, it was simply spectacular in every way imaginable! The area is lovely and wonderful, with little bars and restaurants sprinkled around; a nice cozy area to walk, which made for some relaxation to soothe feelings of overwhelm and stress. Room was elegant, clean, and the air system was quiet and effective. Hotel service and room service was friendly and fast--they even delivered me a fantastic BLT at 2am in the morning while I studied. And WiFi access was easy, reliable, and speedy... hugely important as my exams required submission via email. Under the pressures that I had going, I can't recall a better experience than my stay at Heathman. I will return to Heathman any time for any reason, whether to just get away or to enjoy all its offerings.

What a DisappointmentPosted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: I liked the Valet Service and the decor of the hotel.
Cons: When reservations are for a group, supply enough towels, robes, slippers, and pillows.Enough eye masks, chocolate, and earplugs for Turn Down Service!
Location: I never could get any info about that, not even where is the closest grocer. I had better luck using SIRI.
Our group of 4 chose this hotel because it was closest to an event we were attending. Valet Parking is obviously the only parking, because you can't find a spot on the street. But that was fine, the Valet was the ONLY friendly employee we came in to contact with. At check in, apparently they are on a word budget, because they offered NO basic information, such as- how to get to our room, where are the elevators, did we need help with bags, etc. We found our room, but we were disappointed that it was only set up for 2 people, so we had to ask for more towels. Never got 2 more robes, there were not enough pillows, turn down service only had one chocolate, eye mask, and ear plugs per bed. This is not what I consider a "luxury" hotel. We were all disappointed, and decided we wont return.

Nice hotel, but not worth the $Posted Feb 10, 2015
Location: Very limited on choices in terms of things to do nearby
My new husband and I stayed here the day after our wedding, but we weren't terribly excited about the hotel. We had to valet the car because there was no parking nearby that wasn't metered, and once we got to the room it was nice, but we certainly didn't think it was "luxury" as it may claim to be. We've certainly stayed at far nicer hotels for much cheaper. Also, there wasn't much of anything to do around the hotel - we went and walked around but every other shop was a hair or nails salon. Really not much to do, and we were bored rather quickly. Nothing bad to say about the hotel in general, but I don't think we'll be returning.

It was a good stay, hotel is nice, was surprised that the hotel no longer had a spa.
