In Proper House Keeping but over all great Hotel

Pros: The Hotel was great, quite, and refreshing. The bed and pillow were very soft. The fridge was stocked greatly with all types of beverage.
Cons: The only thing is we did not know for sure when house keeping was coming. When they did come we did not get all fresh towels. Dirty towels was left on
Location: This location was in Kirkland, WA.
The Hotel and Spay was great but the restaurants were not handicap accessible or toddler friendly. It was hard to get down the steps to sit at our tables. the food even though it was great took to long to prepare. When it was a full house, it was very hard to get around. Both restaurants are not built to receive wheel chair uses and strollers. I ordered from the kids menu area and his food (fish) was fried so hard and I could tell it was cooked in used oil. I'm a cook, so the fish had to been fried in hot oil that was used before. The fish taste a little like pork..Just saying.

Pros: Location, service, location, service. Can't wait to return and try the spa services (on site).
Cons: Wish the room had a mini fridge. Although there's a Starbucks directly across the street from the hotel, you need to drive to the nearest mini-mart.
Location: You could take a leisurely stroll lakeside. I saw paddle boarders. And of course, the hotel is next to a yacht club so I'm sure boating is an option.
The Woodmark sits on the shore of Lake Washington on Juanita Bay. If you're seeking a gorgeous and restful stay, you will not be disappointed. Everyone from the valet, front desk, housekeeping -- top notch. I admit that I'm a picky guest but could find no fault in this facility. At check in, I showed my Expedia Gold Plus card and was upgraded to a king one-bedroom suite with a private balcony, 1.5 bathrooms (full bath en suite with jetted tub an desperate glass rain shower). The room (#219) had an unconstructed 180-degree waterfront view. Bespoke amenities were first class. Wish I could've stayed more than one night.

Wonderful romantic get away

My fiancé and I went here for valentine's day. We normally go out of town for a long weekend, but didn't have the time. This was a perfect substitute! It was a beautiful room, wonderful staff and just the perfect weekend!

A fantastic hotel, right on the lake. My wife & I will most definitely stay again. Just funny how the amenities the staff & cards say how it's included, you're thinking it's part of the hotel resort fee but will end up paying an amenity fee, $15 daily.

A Christmas Respite

most impressive where the young folks at the desk who helped in every way, including running to the drug store for me. I tipped them well the decorations were wonderful. It was easy to do some office work, and also hook up with the local family.

very nice hotel by the lakefront. hotel services were excellent and it has the ambience we were looking for at Xmas. Love the fact that we can have our dog with us at the hotel with us.
