“Great deal for inexpensive price”

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the room was nice. Had a microwave and mini fridge in the room which came in very handy. The best part was that it was so close to everything. It's right off the main strip where there are plenty of places to shop and eat. Nearby to all the major Orlando attractions without being too close to the congestion. Great deal for a reasonable price. Would recommend staying here and would even stay here again myself if i come back down.

For the price this was a fine hotel. My no smoking room did have a scent of tobacco but it was humid too. Good comfortable room.

It's and ok hotel it's old but it's clean and the bed are not bad at all.

We stayed at this hotel because it was a last minute trip and it looked like the best one for the price. It was pretty nice, an alarm clock in the room would have been nice and the pool needed cleaned but other than that everything was nice. I'd stay there again.

If you're looking for a place to lay your head for the night, this is fine. If you're looking for extras you might be disappointed.

“Yes and No”

I chose this hotel because it was only $? per night with my expedia rate and it was close to all the Orlando parks. Our first night we had driven 14 hrs, got there at 1 am and were horrified by our room. All we could do was sleep and deal with it in the morning. The smell of mold and mildew was so intense we covered our sleepy faces with our sheets to sleep. In the morning we found The floor was soft and you could "jump" around the tolet, I was scared my kids would fall through. A great many bugs were in the bathroom too. The microwave and refig didn't even work. There was a green ring around the room from mold...it was a nightmare and I cried as I went to sleep feeling I had made a huge mistake. All that to say in the morning I went to the front desk and the clerk gave me keys to 5 other rooms to check out. I found one two rooms down that was "what" I expented for the cheap price. It of course is all "out dated" furnishings etc...BUT this room was clean, mold and mildew free, micro and refrig worked, the bathroom floor was not rotting through etc. THIS is WHAT I expented for the cheap-o rate! Also, the pool is very nice and we even took a day just to rest and play in the pool all day. My advice would be to advocate if your not pleased with your room. We felt clean and safe after the no problem room change. I would certainly stay here again, especially if I want to save big and save the big name hotels for another trip.

“You Get What You Pay For”

The staff were very friendly and checking in and out was a breeze. Our room was an average hotel room, nothing special. The floors were in need of a good steam cleaning but everything else was fine. There was also a slight odor but most hotels smell that way to me at least. It was not a 'roach' motel, so to speak, but the kids did find a small beetle crawling on the wall. This one-night trip was last minute and I booked it only 3 hours before I arrived in Kissimmee.

“Clean and Cheap”

Clean room. Hot shower. Other guests were quiet families. Inexpensive price. If you intend to spend time in your room, choose someplace else. The place is run down and not much in the looks department. If you need a clean, inexpensive place to sleep, this is good. Great, great location. Nice Perkins restaurant adjacent. Comfortable pool area. Not a single bug. Fridge and microwave in room. Free shuttle to Disney. Catching the free shuttle return from Epcot is disorganized, but hey, it's free.
