Wet roomPosted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: The desk staff was friendly and helpful (although I was disappointed in their reaction to our problem with the room).
Cons: The room was obviously not fit for use by guests. This would have been hard for cleaning staff to miss.
Our room had a strong, unpleasant odour. We discovered before bed that a large area of the carpet in the corner was soaking wet. The water had even soaked through a backpack full of clothes, which had been resting on the floor for a few hours. We reported it to the desk, but unfortunately, there were no other rooms available. The most they were able to do for us was a $25 gift certificate for a future stay. We won't be back to this hotel.

Reeked of second-hand smokePosted Sep 7, 2014
Cons: Insist that smokers (hotel guests and employees alike) move e\well away from the stairwell exit doors to have their smoke outside.
The room was fine, it was just the hallways and in particular the stairwell that was noxious. I would not stay here again.

Not exciting, but it works.Posted Sep 7, 2014
Pros: The bed was pretty comfy, actually.
Location: A surprising number of pretty good restaurants in the area.
It's a pretty generic hotel room; nothing objectionable, but nothing exciting either. It was clean, quiet, cheap. What else do you want?

Breakfast was crowded, but open until 11:00am. Pool was cold and not many chairs to sit at if not swimming. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

ok hotel for one nightPosted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: breakfast is free and good enough.
Cons: shower/change room in the pool
it priced as 3-star (we paid $115) and i would expect a better condition considering this is a small town. room is small. washroom needs renovation. swimming pool has no shower and change room. breakfast is ok. it has all soft drinks, milk, sausage, stirred egg and toast.

Nice for a one night stayPosted Aug 31, 2014
Nice and plain for a one night stopover. No complains except that the air conditioning made the room pretty cold.

Great Economy Stay at a Convenient LocationPosted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: Great location for restaurants, shopping, easy access from highway.
Cons: Only area of concern is the physical layout and flow patterns during breakfast. It always seemed crowded and a bit confusing for patrons and staff
Location: Butterfly Conservatory and the African lion Safari are worth a visit.
Spent a couple nights at this hotel while vacationing with some family. Room was what we expected and it was close to local attractions we planned on visiting. Pool area was a fun distraction.
