The value was great. We stayed for three nights. The room was clean, beds comfortable, heat was good, plenty of hot water for showering! The included breakfast was plentiful with different choices daily. Bacon first day then sausage links next day and sausage patties on the third day we were there. Eggs daily as scrambled or omlette and home fries daily. Yogurt, toast, cereal, bagels, dainish etc. Orange or apple juice and coffee from one of those instant liquid coffee making machines which is just ok, not good coffee! Staff were always friendly and helpful. We would stay here again for sure!

Check in went smooth and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a large ground floor room which provided a sliding door access to our vehicle. The room was reasonably clean, not great but ok. The door lock latch however was broken in half and the whole thing including screws could be removed by hand. The shampoo and conditioner were available in refillable containers on the wall of the shower, I really like the ecological value with this however the soap for the sink was just a bar of soap. This always gets all messy and gross on the sink. I really wish that there was even one shelf or space to place toiletries in the shower I had to place everything on the floor and it vaguely grossed me out the whole time. Breakfast was great, lots of food and a staff member kept topping up anything that got low. Large waffles makers that are quick and made fluffy yummy waffles. Coffee was hot and good. Although the "sausage patties" on our second day looked suspect at best they were an odd yellow color, I avoided them so they may have been good but I couldn't get over them visually. Lots of cigarette butts outside our room and all around, a vessel to dispose would most likely be beneficial.

Although one guy at the front desk was helpful. The manager was not accomodating. The room was dirty, stains on the mattresses, hair in the sheets. The toilet had a scum lining and was just dirty. When asked to switch rooms, we were switched to a room that was dirtier than the first. Police outside around the hotel, and told us it was not safe. We left and stayed elsewhere.

We booked this property because it had a pullout couch and we required this for the number of people staying. Upon arrival, we discovered there was a pullout couch but no mattress. When we asked, we were told that there were none available. Even if there was, I don't know if I would have slept on it! The bed was clean but the couch was pretty dingy. It was a loud, crowded night. We should have paid a bit more and stayed elsewhere.

Easy to get to. Nice that there was hot breakfast - the reason I booked - and free parking. Room was clean, simply furnished. It was quiet - likely because the occupancy was low at the time. However, there was a dripping faucet in the bathroom and a hole in the bathtub. The bathroom fan was not working so there was a lot of steam when taking a shower. For the price however, it was worth it.

The bathtub did not look scrubbed. There was soap scum and watermarks on faucets.The o erfliw cover was broken off The sink drain was unclean. I thought it was hard water until l tried cleaning it with a make up cloth and it wiped clean . The shelf beneath the sink was covered in dust. Toilet bowl had a ring. No hand towels or wash cloth. The rest of the room was fine

We have stayed here several times but the facilities are going downhill. The stair treads to the second floor are badly worn with loose pieces of vinyl hanging ready to catch your feet. The tub in my bathroom drained very slowly so I did not feel comfortable taking a shower. I couldn't see how to regulate the room temperature and the heating system fan ran all the time though it didn't seem to raise the cool temperature of the room but made sleeping difficult.
