Was not a double queen room…was a single queen bed and pullout couch! Staff did not have sheets/blankets for the couch after a long wait they delivered some but they weren’t exactly up to snuff.

I used the elliptical exercise machine in the workout room. It was very shaky. Not really a commercial machine like you would expect. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Clean, convenient hotel with lots of food and other amenities nearby. Friendly staff and easy checking in and out. They also have a fitness room, laundry facilities and a lovely breakfast served daily. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location right there the main highway in Guelph. Close to many eating places. Amazing facilities, including workout room, coin laundry. Free breakfast included a staff person to serve you pancakes, sausages, scrambled eggs, etc., more than I'm used to at these bargain hotels. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

No issues with the property. Only thing that was a slight inconvenience was the continental breakfast. They had an employee serving rather than “buffet style” and it was very busy at the time. Not fair to her to have to grab all the juice, fruit, yogurt and prepare eggs and sausages all by herself. Could be adjusted to allow for easier guest access to juices and simple things

Smelled like smoke and mould. There was a massive party going on in the room beside us, called down to management 4x to shut it down. It kept starting back up. My kids were up until 5am with the loud music and yelling, plus the people were smoking in the halls. Asked management if they would be moving them or kicking them out for the second night, they said no they are long term guests. Ended up getting refunded and switched hotels. The pillows are awful, and the beds are rickety and super noisy as well.
