Pros: modern & clean
Cons: should include continental breakfast with every room.
Location: Guelph, ON
We got there late. The staff were very friendly . Easy to check in. I stayed some where else 1 month I should of went to the Delta because its way above any other hotel in Guelph. Would recommend the Delta to anyone staying in Guelph, ON

Pros: Location, quality
Cons: Utensils in kitchen area
Great front desk staff, very helpful. Good room (I booked mini-suite) Only issues were room was hot and needed aricon on a lot even though it was not very hot weather And they kept removing the mugs,spoons, glasses each day when servicing so kitchen are but no plates,mugs,spoon, knives etc! All in all good hotel - not cheap but good value

Front desk staff unorganized and very slow at getting us a room. Housekeeping staff walked in our room without even a courtesy knock! Air conditioning unit in room was loud and made our sleep disruptive. Only 2 large towels were supplied, when showering I need a towel for my hair that I can wrap around my head. Overall not a great stay for the money.

Everything you need for a short stay, staff excellent nothing too much. Breakfast very good selection and large friendly bar area with bar snack menus. No complaints here.

Delta is ok

The restaurant was terrible. Recommend you don't eat there. The room was very hastily cleaned each day, not to a high standard. Lobby reception was good and efficient. Overall not what I expected from the Delta chain. Would not stay there again.

Great hotel, expensive parking

In almost all respects the Delta Guelph Hotel was excellent for my trip, from check-in to check-out. My only criticism is, given the rates, to be charged an for open-lot parking. If you drive there (90% of people do) it amounts to an additional tax/shakedown that you're obligated to pay. Oh, and a word to the wise: If you dine at the attached restaurant/lounge, you may find the waitstaff wandering or absent when you're looking for your bill - they're a bit too relaxed.
