“e.g. "Great hotel for a family"”

Hotel and room were excellent. However a group of parents at a hockey tournament chose to visit in the hallway until some time after 1 a.m., even though hotel staff asked them at least 4 times to go into their rooms. Finally, at 1 a.m. we asked to be moved to another room, which the staff promptly accomplished.

Have stayed around in Kitchener, Ontario. Stayed at the Holiday Inn first, and in future trips tried two different hotels and NOT ONE of them added up to half of what I got at the Holiday Inn, in staff, cleanliness, quality of hotel accomidations and willingness to please thier guests. Stayed this last time with the Holiday Inn for one week and LOVED IT. I WILL STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN KITCHENER/WATERLOO EACH AND EVERYTIME I VISIT!

“Impressed, Friendly, Clean”

I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. The room was in superb condition. Staff was friendly. The check-in staff was courteous and paid attention to details. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus.

“Warehouse visit”

Check in was not too long. Room was OK, nothing spectacular. Did take issue with access doors to adjoining rooms - safety issue. No major issues
