Pros: The room set up with one bedroom and kitchen. The buffet breakfast. The price was very competitive as well.
Cons: Location.
Location: This is the one downside-located in a very industrial area and a bit of a drive to some of the attractions.
Great one bedroom room with two TV's, full fridge, microwave and stove.

Pros: my cleaning lady was very nice
Cons: no ice machine on floor. Ice maker in fridge that produced about 10 pieces of ice in 2 days.

I was not impressed that I had to pay extra for a cot, when I asked for two beds in the first place. Upon arrival I was told that a room with two doubles was not available, and they would give me a room with a queen and I could pay extra for a cot.

Pros: Jacuzzi
Cons: Breakfast ending at 10:30am
Location: No view really but the grounds are nice to walk
I went for a night away to relax and the service was exceptional, as well as the breakfast! I wod definately come here again!

I can easily say it was the best stay in any hotel I have had. Exceptional is the only way to describe the staff of this hotel. They went far beyond what I would expect. The breakfast and supper available at no charge were of high quality.

At 82 I have stayed at a full range of hotels and flea bags all over the world! This hotel is right up there with the best of them. I must admit I was very impressed with everything except the scrambled eggs, they where overcooked! We added up to six and everyone was pleased and would rebook on our next trip to Guelph!
