disappointed...Posted Sep 15, 2014
Location: greate location and the naval base was a great attraction to visit
The hotel location is great close to a lot of things but the stay was uncomfortable, we picked and payed for the ocean view but there was a lot of noise till 1am, they had a live band going till 10pm (which was not bad) but they had a fire pit going till 1am with the bar open till late, so lots of people outside and lots of noise even with the patio door closed. Great for singels or party groups but will not recommended for a quite family outing... RP

The Hotel is nice and the staff as well. The room was clean and pleasant. Only negative, the hall carpeting was noticeably dirty and in need of a good cleaning.

Oxford InnPosted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: Everything was first class
Cons: I would not change anything. 1st Class place.
Location: Lots of restaurants, including Famous Daves Barbque! fantastic shopping at Kilsap Mall. Everything you need, close to port Ludlow, Port Townsend
I Booked the Best Western, Silverdale. The Hotel was overbooked by mistake, So Expedia helped make a difficult situation fantastic. Expedia booked me into a nearby property. I was amazed. Great view, suite with full kitchen. I appreciated everything about the Hotel ( I'm sure the Best Western is Great) but this is a little better for a romantic escape for two!

Average hotel at bestPosted Aug 5, 2014
It was average at best, the price was extremely high for what you got. I'd not stay here again, very disappointing for a Best Western Plus hotel.

Funky hotel with nice features.Posted Aug 3, 2014
Big patio with fire pit. Water views from many rooms. Casual, families, pets. A short but nice walking trail.

Pros: The setting.
Cons: More wait staff -- they were stretched pretty thin.
We were staying here for my young son's baseball tournament -- in fact, most of the team families were staying there. The kids loved the great pool and the parents loved the huge patio area and the nice beachfront. It was nice to have an in-house rerstaurant, though it seemed a little overwhelmed by the demand. And the breakfast buffet was something a lot of places throw in complimentary. Nevertheless, it was a great representative of the Best Western brand!

Very nice, but smallPosted May 12, 2014
Pros: Staff was great and so was the breakfast buffet, which is not part of the room fee. The outside fire pit was awesome to hang out at.
Cons: Warn up the pool.
The Hotel, and the location was very nice. The room did not have enough space to move, but had very nice beds. Pool was a little chilly and but the hot tube and sauna were nice.

one night away with HusbandPosted May 5, 2014
Location: The weather was awful. So we did not go far.
Nice Hotel! Not much in Silverdale to chose from. Very easy to get to from Seattle.

Too noisyPosted Apr 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
The building is old, creaky and not well insulated. You could hear everything going on in the hall, other rooms and outdoors. I won't be staying here again.
