“Best Valentine's Day getaway!!”
I have to admit I was nervous staying at a hotel that I couldn't find a star rating or reviews. Nothing can ruin a romantic weekend like a crappy room with a lumpy bed. I have been duped before by pictures that showed a beautiful room only to find out the pictures were 10 years old and nothing was as it seemed. It didn't look like much from the outside but as soon as we walked into the lobby my tensions eased. It was immaculately clean and the decor very tasteful. We were greeted warmly by the front desk clerk and a plate of homemade chocolate chip cookies. They have a big library of videotapes that are free to rent and a computer with internet service that is also free. I was particularly pleased when he talked about the free continental breakfast. We rarely get to take advantage of this since we like to sleep in and everywhere I've ever stayed ends their meal at 9 or 10am. Theirs is open until noon! The room and the view were wonderful. It looks like it was recently remodelled. I have problems with insomnia and usually don't sleep well in hotels but the bed was so comfortable I slept for 8 hours straight. There are at least 10 restaurants (both fast food and sit-down) and a grocery store all within a walking distance of 2 blocks of the hotel. The hotel next door which rented for almost $20 more a night (suckers!) has a restaurant as well. It is the cheapest hotel in Bremerton but it doesn't feel like it. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
“Best View Ever!”
We stayed in a Space Needle view room on the 5th floor and the view was amazing both day and night. The room was comfortable and roomy. The location was so convenient to so many attractions and the monorail to quickly get downtown. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
“A really nice place!”
My wife & I stayed in Bremerton overnight to attend a social function. I picked this motel based upon past favorable ratings posted on the Expedia site. We weren't disappointed with our choice. We were warmly greeted by a nicely dressed older gentleman at the front desk. There was a platter of delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. Our room was spotless and nicely furnished, plus it had a beautiful waterfront view with the Olympic Mountains in the background. And there was a nice continental brealfast in the lobby the next morning. All of this, plus the fact that it is one of the more reasonably priced motels in Bremerton, made for a very enjoyable stay.
“Well worth the rate”
great safety handrails in tub. Most comfortable bed ever in a motel
“A Great Room at a Great Price”
This is a nice, family-owned motel that is clean, comfortable and convenient to the West Sound area. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms have a nice view, and the rates were very affordable. In fact,a chain hotel located nearby was almost twice the price. There are mostly fast food joints close by but finer dining is 15 - 30 minutes away. I am planning subsequent trips to the area and will definitely book my stay here.
“Clean and Quaint”
This little Inn on the water was old fashioned but clean and comfortable. It seems like a small, family owned "motor inn" where hospitality is key. The gentleman who checked us in seemed to know us, and he was just as kind and friendly when he checked us out the next morning. (I had to ask if he had slept!) Though it's an older place, it's been well-kept and given charm and a few modern amenities like a computer and continental breakfast in the lobby (which is more like a big living room). Our room seemed small to fit the furnishings, but the rate was fair for the area, and it was a fine accommodation for one night.
“SO-SO”
not really a place i would stay a second time unless it was really nessasary.
