The very best breakfast around. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, especially the bar and dining staff. We were there for several days visiting family and had a very nice stay.

The room was dusty on the high shelves and the tub surround was dirty on the top. The room appeared to have been cleaned by a short person not being able to reach the high surfaces. Also the toilet backed up so it was better to use the toilet off the conference area instead of the one in the room.

I live in this town but needed place to stay during work on my house. Really surprised and happy about the quality. Outstanding hot breakfast with helpful staff there if you need something special. Comfy bed and well laid out room.

While we didn't eat at the hotel, the menu for dining looked great. We had a comfortable, quiet stay. The only downside was check in. The desk clerk was on her phone when we arrived, seemed as if she would rather be anywhere else, appeared irritated and could barely be heard as she mumbled her way through our check in. Front desk staff is often the only interaction you have during a short hotel stay, as was our case. It just left a very bad impression. The person at the desk as we left gave us more positive impression with her "Goodbye" then the first person we met on check in!

The staff in the hotel was super friendly and flexible. Really enjoyed the evening salad bar and drinks as part of the stay. Really that was the biggest difference.

Annette and Lisa were so kind and very accommodating in helping us extend our stay during a very tender time for our family after the loss of my father and my brother in law's mother passed away within two weeks of each other. We look forward to staying again under better circumstances. The entire staff is very kind, the rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable! The complementary breakfast buffet was delicious!

This was a very nice property. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The breakfast room was very nice and had a great view of the bay. The best part was the very friendly staff.

Oxford Suites in Silverdale is a real treasure. The staff are incrediblyhelpful and friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the restaurant has very good food and their breakfast has the best eggs we've had after staying in 21 different hotels over the last 5 months! Would highly recommend!

Too many broken and dirty things, will avoid
Will avoid in the future. We've stayed at this hotel at least 3 or 4 times before, back when it was the nicest hotel in town. It no longer fits that rating. We had a 3 night stay booked but checked out after the first night and moved to another hotel. The reasons? 1) The bed still had hair in it, lots of short dark hairs, in the sheets that we assume were from the prior guest or weren't adequately washed out if the sheets were washed at all; 2) The oven in the restaurant was broken so they were only serving deep-fried foods, not something we wanted; 3) The pool heater was broken and the water was freezing cold, and use of the pool by our granddaughter was the main reason we booked the hotel so she was very disappointed; 4) The heater in my daughter and granddaughter's room was very loud and rattled enough to where they couldn't sleep, hotel could only offer a space heater for the night and couldn't fix; 5) Several silverware and glassware items were dirty in the breakfast buffet. Too many broken or dirty things to ever stay there again.

The hotel is close to many restaurants and stores. We went to the hotel's breakfast buffet as soon as it opened, hoping the food would be hot and fresh then. For 3 mornings in a row - the food was lukewarm. A microwave oven at the buffet would be nice so you can reheat your food.

Every staff member at this hotel was so friendly and nice. It was my third time staying there and they remember me every time I go back. They treat me like family. The food and cocktails are amazing as well. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.
