Don't stay here.

Carpeting is filthy. Long hair (not mine) in the bed upon my arrival. There are better hotels down the road for the same price.

hotel accessible to highway

Pros: location
Cons: cleanliness of the ac and the carpet floors
Location: sorry, we didn't explore the vicinity. we are dead-tired from Washington.
location is very accessible to highway. my comment is the cleanliness of the room especially the filter of the ac and the smell of the carpet floors. no need to modernize the room but please make it CLEAN as possible.it's time to clean the filters and the carpet. thanks

Disappointed with "blind" Expedia Specials

Cons: The hotel claims to be under construction, but even with planned upgrades the location makes it undesirable.
Location: Truck stop and nothing good to do near by.
I was traveling for a family emergency over the 4th of July holiday weekend. We have been traveling to Klamath Falls regularly over the last two years and would always stay at the Shilo Inn, booking all of the stays through Expedia. Unfortunately, Shilo and all other hotels/motels in Klamath were sold out. The Expedia website showed some "undisclosed room availability". The hotel would only be revealed after paying for the room. Because of the nature of this trip, I took the bait and paid for the room. Only then did I learn it was the Super 8. The online reviews were all very negative, but again I reasoned it could not be that bad. WRONG! The hotel was worse than even the reviews implied. We've been very loyal to Expedia and have always found the service easy to use and accurate in ratings. I thought based on the loyalty factor that those "undisclosed rooms" would be something special for your loyal customers; disappointed that it wasn't.

Ok for the price

Very basic hotel, but fine for one night. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the pillows were flat. The staff were disorganised.

This place was nasty dirty and Big Rig Truck noise

Cons: Everything....Check in was semi easy, but desk clerk kept having to answer the phone during check in.
Location: Klamath Falls, Oregon......Beautiful Lake, nice country to take drives, Car Show in town, many stores to choose from...Casino not far up North hwy#97.
I would never stay here again, this Motel had filthy carpets, dirty room, also way outdated room. The whole building needed to be up-dated. Bed was not comfortable, felt worn out. The room smelled dirty. Right outside of a Pilot Truck stop and the Big Rigs were coming and going all night long....I paid $74.01 for a room from HELL...The next night I got a room at another Motel in town, with a pool, very nice, very professional people, clean and great hot Breakfast for Just $20.00 more...(Cimmmoron Motel) in Klamath Falls.....Hope this helps someone else...June L

This was an awful stay

The key cards wouldn't work they have us an alcohol strip to clean the door strip..didn't work.. It took an average of 8 tries to unlock any door...the breakfast was even put out till 710! Then the morning woman was just plain mad and rude. I would not recommend this staff nor hotel.

Had a great stay. Staff were helpful about dining choices as well as things to do when asked. Room and hotel was what as expected and a little more. Breakfast was very much on the "continental" side

One night stop

Older facility. Mattress was terrible. Funny smell in room and hallways Breakfast was ok but had to ask for trays to be refilled and waitress wasn't helpful. Hostess was friendly
