Comfort Inn & Suites Klamath Falls

We stayed in Klamath Falls on our way back to Washington from California. It was a very comfortable hotel. The pool and hot tub were great and there were cookies in the lobby in the evening. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was fine, nothing fancy, but adequate. The location was a bit industrial, especially for women traveling on their own.

Got into our room and found old food in the refigorator, empty juice bottle under the bed, and dirty wodded up towel under the bed, and the mirror had hand prints all over it. Didnt look like the room was cleaned at all. Ice machine was down as so was the clothes dryer. Only good thing about this place was the indoor pool and hot tub.

We stayed there for two nights. Better than expected.

We were planning on leaving the hotel early(5:15 AM) for an all day hunt the next day and let the desk clerk know that when we checked in. She assured us that we could probably get something early to eat even though the breakfast officially started an hour later. There was no activity in the morning and coffee wasn't even available. I went back to the room and the coffee maker in the room did not work. Fortunately , we had some instant oatmeal and yogurt to tie us over. The previous nite's sleep was constantly interrupted by the heating/air conditioning unit that cycled about every 10-15 minutes and then would only stay on for about 15 seconds. This went on even though we turned off the unit. We finally had to unplug it to get it to stop, so we froze. It was 12 degrees outside when we got up in the morning. The bathroom had some mold on the peeling wall paper above the shower probably due to the fan not handing the steam. The fan itself sounded like a garbage disposal and probably could be heard 3-4 rooms away but was insufficient. The bathroom sink drained very slowly as did the toilet. The hotel in general is in need of some upkeep, The staff was very friendly and cordial, but I would not stay there again.

It was a nice, comfortable hotel and cost effective for our family. We rented two adjoining rooms. The breakfast could be better but overall, we would stay here again. It's a nice hotel.

Had to move furniture in order to plug in the fridge and microwave. Thermostat on heater was not working properly and required getting up throughout the night to turn the unit off and on. Heater also rattled continuously, resulting in a poor nights sleep for myself and 18 month old daughter. We went down for breakfast right at 9am and everything was put away, lights off and locked up. Staff wouldn't allow me to go in and get a simple bowl of cereal for my daughter.

Staff was polite and helpful, any thing needed or area question asked they helped out. Clean area, hotel and room. We will be back!

The hotel was poorly maintained. The air conditioner would not keep the room cool. The breakfast bar was missing many items. The pool was great and the location is good, but I would probably not stay there again.
