After a long ride it was a welcome site to have a Shilo available, we relaxed in the Jacuzzi and then wet and dry saunas, relaxed the muscles. Our room was very comfortable as were the beds, next morning breakfast was very good.

Great place to stay around Klamath Falls

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Cons: Official 4 o'clock check in is a bit late, although we were told we could be accommodated at 3:30
Location: We came up from Lava Beds National Monument, about 40 miles away. There did not seem to be much to do around Klamath Falls.
One of a handful of hotels we've stayed at on a trip to Oregon and Washington and in terms of value for money the best so far. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and it's nice that they give you a coupon upon arrival for a free drink and a discount off dinner. We ended up eating at the restaurant and using the coupons which was convenient and the food was fine.

It was easy to book, get checked in, and access the facilities. The pool and fitness center are 24 hours. The room was spacious and clean. The continental breakfast is quite nice. It was easy to get checked out. Well worth it.

Bar was under some construction. Breakfast was weak. Got there by 8 am and half of the offerings were gone.

Family of 4 seeing Crater Lake National Park

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Clean, had a pool, location to a Crater Lake, restaurant
Cons: Better mattresses and pillows!!
Location: Crater Lake was less than an hour away and nice scenic drive along the way. A few restaurants within short walks of the hotel.
Beds/pillows were HARD making for bad nights of sleep, pool was questionable as the water looked cloudy both nights but my boys loved it anyway, continental bkft was standard but it certainly was not hot...if it would've been hot I would've said it was good. We did eat dinner at the restaurant and it was good and not as expensive as we anticipated given how expensive summer travel spots are. Overall, still a good hotel and I would recommend it and stay there again.
