Staff members were friendly and helpful.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Facility was like new. Pretty lobby. Room was comfortable but AC and fridge were noisy and pillows too soft. Convenient to Redwoods National Park.

Very pleasant hotel in Klamath Falls

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: Nice quiet room, comfortable bed, very clean, pool open 24/7:) Really liked the breakfast, lots of option and great coffee. Dinner was also quite good
Cons: The hotel gym. Fix treadmill, get some free weights, provide some equipment to work with
Location: Great location, bike/run trail nearby. Easy access to 97
Had a very quiet room on second floor. Very comfortable bed, slept really well.Room seemed very clean. Fitness center is a joke. Only 3 pieces of equipment and treadmill was broken. Great breakfast buffet!

Unhappy with cancellation policy

Posted Aug 10, 2014
Unable to get to hotel because of road closure due to forrest fire. Tried to cancel but was told it was less than 24 hr notice and i would still be charged anyway. Not happy with cancellation policy. Will not use expedia again or patronize shilo inns.

Nice hotel with great amenities

Posted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: Love the countertop space, big windows, and big vanity space.
Cons: Cleaning staff....check between the desk/wall and mirror doors. We found 2 pairs of underwear in those placed. Ohterwise very clean room
We stayed for one night after being at Crater Lake. The room was very spacious with lots of countertop room, which was great since I needed to do some simple cooking for the family. Kids loved the pool. It thundered and there was lightening, so they didn't get to stay in long. The power went out for about 15 minutes and then recovered. They had a decent restaurant and gave us complimentary tickets for some drinks. We appreciated the breakfast in the morning.
