This property badly needs refurbishment and upgrading. Rooms has musky smell, taps leaking and toilet flush not flushing well

Hotel is quite old, but was comfortable to stay in. Cleanliness was so-so, but staff were friendly and helpful. Location is very good, easy to get Grab.

Aircon water is dripping power switch button shows the electrical wiring inside (broken) only bathsoap and shower cap are available receprion guy is not gentle in talking with me

Internet cant connect because the internet moderm far from the room and also the tv channel cant watch.need to improve this 2 item.other than that all is good.free parking and room cleaning up very good

Never stay there again!
AC Broken, shower handle broken, ancient TV. Smokes in the elevator and near the freeway and too noisy. But front desk Indian reception is great.

The staff at the reception did try their best to accomodate me. However she did give me a dirty room . This is a no no. Further more the duvee was stained at some corners. Whe was the last time it was dry cleaned. The room had brown strides on the wall. Did anybody ever mentioned that after 7 pm there was a buzzing noise outside the window, probably due to some electricity signage outside the building near the room. The restaurant was a worry. The tables were sticky, probably have not been cleaned for some time. The food leave a lot to be desired. overall the building is good, but services needs vast improvement. The 2 indian gentlement at the reception were great and efficient-congrajulations

客室 / ホテルの清潔感とバスルーム
隣の施設であるKlang centroでのイベントのため宿泊しました。お部屋は6回の角部屋で眺めも良くそれなりに快適に過ごすことができました。エアコンもよく効いていました。バスルームは高級感は全くありませんでしたが最低限使えました。水圧、排水も問題なかったと思います。予備のトイレットペーパーに水がかかって乾燥してカピカピになっていました。すぐ隣の施設には伝統的なバクテーを食べるお店もありましたし、反対側のセントロにはスタバ、サブウェイ、などなど食べるところには困りません。マレーシアのこのクラスのホテルにしてはいいと思います。

酒店復古普通，酒店大廳有點熱。客房需要改進，我住的那間房間的沙發留下大大液體的痕跡很噁心。還有酒店沒提供早餐，酒店周邊沒早餐店。

多くを求めなければ快適に滞在できる
隣の "Centro" に用事があって宿泊される方には便利だと思います。車を利用されない方には不便な場所です。ホテル自体は多少古さを感じさせるものの、そこそこ快適に滞在できました。毎日無料の飲料水 (500ml ペットボトル) をいただけました。その他のアメニティは、ボディソープとシャンプー、インスタントコーヒー、紅茶のティーバッグくらいです。部屋に電気ポットがあったのは便利でした。

ショッピングセンターに近いホテル、歩いて飲食に行ける。
3星クラスとして、部屋の内装も含めて納得出来るレベルであるが、空調の効きが弱いのが若干難点と感じた。
