“Free breakfast includes waffle maker!”

Room overall including great shower, black-out curtains, and king-sized bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was clean, kept up very well, and had great variety (waffles, country sausage, etc.) The only thing I did not like was about 20 minutes before check-out time we received a call to our room from the front desk. They were wondering if we were checking out so their cleaning service could go on a break. We still had 20 minutes before the check-out time! I felt rushed to leave. I don't think they should have called us to ask BEFORE check-out. But overall, everything was fine. I would recommend this hotel.

“Third time...”

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. I continue to stay there because it is a) a good value for the money; b) pretty neat and clean; and c) in a good location - lots of food and shopping nearby and a short highway drive to the University of Tennessee and downtown Knoxville. Breakfast bar has oatmeal, sweet rolls, bagels, and make-your-own waffles. I'd stay again when visiting my daughter at UT.

“always stay here”

we visit Knoxville quite often and after our first stay at the Baymont we knew we would stay there on every visit. And we have! Helpful and nice staff, good FREE breakfast and nice sized rooms make it a comfortable stay. Location is nice and convenient for our needs as well.

“Worth the money”

Located just 5 miles west from the Cedar Bluff hysteria, this hotel was a pleasent alternative for the money. The hotel staff was very friendly, they had a business center which allowed easy access for e-mails and business transactions. The room had all the ammenities and was clean. This is not an area for fine dinning or night life activity. However just a short hop east on route 40 will give you all the dining and shopping your heart desires.

“very satisfied”

I have worked in a hotel as front desk, housekeeping and breakfast. The hotel I worked for had an exceptional standard for cleanliness and I was impressed with the cleanliness of this room. I always check everything when I first get in the room because I know where the most missed places are and I have no complaints at all. The breakfast was kept up well and very clean. Some of the food seemed like it had a pre-frozen taste to it, but I understand how it comes packaged as well and that is hard to avoid.
