“Small, Comfortable, and Friendly”

There are several other hotels in this area, but I am glad I chose this one. It is a smaller hotel, but it was clean and the staff was professional. Recent renovations gave this hotel a newer feel. The comfy feel of this hotel must have made the guests feel like they were at home because everyone was very friendly. The location is great with several restaurants nearby. The only complaint is the breakfast area was too small but the food was good.

This hotel is a great choice in a super area for shopping, food, and access to Univ of Tenn. Clean rooms, real nice hot/cold breakfast, staff was excellent. Definitely stay here again.

“AMAZING!”

The room was spacious and very clean. There was a microwave and fridge and two luggage racks. (For me the additional luggage rack was a big deal because one of us always ends up using a chair, a desk or the extra bed for our second suitcase.) There was lots of hot water & good water pressure. The shower head was high enough that it didn't hit a tall person mid-chest. The room heated and cooled quickly. There was free in-room internet access. It was close to plenty of restaurants. I was a little concerned about morning noise because we were only two doors away from the breakfast area, but it was not a problem. The breakfast had a nice selection. I thought this hotel was either new or had been recently renovated but was told it was 20 years old! AMAZING! Furnishings were updated and everything was well maintained. We'd stay here again without hesitation!
