“No frills comfort”

I was introduced to this motel 5 years ago when I traveled back to my home town for a special event. It's not the fanciest place to stay but it has down home comfort, a swimming pool, exercise room and best of all, the staff is friendly, helpful and overall very nice. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are really comfortable. There is a decent continental breakfast and if that's not enough, this motel is within walking distance of several other places to eat that serve really tasty food. This is my place of choice to stay whenever I return for a hometown visit.

Excellent value for Gainesville. Good location, close to University of Florida Campus . A mile from I75 bot no traffic noise. Clean and well run. We will return to this hotel.

I always stay at this hotel when I travel back to my hometown. Overall, I really like staying here because the staff is very nice and most remember me when I return; there is an excellent breakfast provided, the rooms are very clean and neat and the beds are very comfortable. It seems that each time I return, there have been some slight improvements made. What I dislike the most is a smell the hotel has, especially in the hallway. It's probably due to the carpeting which appears clean but I find it most unpleasant. I also think the hotel should remove the coffee makers from the bathroom and place elsewhere within the room. There are studies that indicate these coffee makers have lots of germs perhaps from the spray of flushing toilets. I never use them. Neither of these observations however will prevent me from returning on my next visit to the area.

“For the money”

For the money I paid and I thought I was getting a room with a freg and micro. I do stay least once a month at this clinton tennessee exit for a getaway.

“Don't waste your money - go to the Holdiay Inn Express up the road”

The room was small & smelled like smoke. The athletic equipment in the training room was old and didn't work. The back entrance door was broken and couldn't be used (it was closer to our room than the front door). We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express in Clinton on our way back - Wow, what a difference! Big rooms with King size beds, great workout room, indoor-outdoor pool, great breakfast! Don't waste your money at the Comfort Inn! Go up the road to the Holiday Inn Express!
