My 18 month old daughter and I were visiting my husband at Mcghee-Tyson ANG base for a long weekend. The room and the hotel worked out great! The pack and play provided for my daughter to sleep in was wonderful. The hot breakfast each morning was very nice. The in room microwave and fridge were necessities for traveling with a one year old. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, I loved the extra vanity area seperate from the bathroom. The only negatives about the stay were that the "heated" indoor pool was quite cold, too cold for us to use and our tv didnt get great reception. The picture was fuzzy. We never complained about either issue though, they weren't really that important to us. If my husband ever has to be at that base again, we will return to the Comfort Suites Airport.

We arrined at 1am in the morning tired and very cold and the staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem.

Comfort Inn is close to the Airport, clean and comfortable.

“Shuttle Disappointment”

We parked our car at the inn for one week. Shuttle driver (owner), who dropped us off at airport, told us on our return, to call for pick-up. When we did this, the desk person told us the service was not available. This would be a terrific convenience for those who use the inn.

“Fairly clean with very comfy bed”

My room was very clean and the king-size bed was very comfortable. In fact, the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on. (even compared to more expensive hotels) The dining area was clean and well-prepared. My only complaint would be that the carpet was not well vacuumed in the hallways and lobby.

“OK Stay”

I had a fine time here, nothing fancy, but clean and tidy. The common areas need a lot of work, and the hotel needs an updating, but all in all it was ok for the $$.

It was not what I expected when I made the reservations. There was an odor in the hotel, and next time I would go somewhere else.
