“Great for a Romantic Stay”

My girlfriend and I wanted a nice place to spend the evening on year's away from home. We both think that being out running around on new year's can be a bit dangerous considering everyone is is "party mode", and we had a wonderful evening staying in that night. The beds were extremely comfortable, and my girlfriend was glad that the hotel provided nice toiletries, and tea as well as coffee. She isn't a huge coffee drinker. The Ice machine and coke machine on our floor was extemely convenient and our overall experience there was great.

“Outstanding Place to Stay”

I was very pleased with the service. The breakfast was great. Hot food was great compared to other hotel chains who only serve bagels and cold cereal. The room was very comfortable. I received a very well rested nights sleep. Also, I really liked the free wireless internet service.

“Very nice hotel”

It was new and was very nice. The rooms were large with a couch and office there if you need it. It was right by a startbucks, a Puelos resaurant and and Cracker Barell but that was it. If you wanted anything else you had to drive a bit.

“Great stay in Knoxville”

Hotel was new and clean. Good restaurants at the same exit and easy access to downtown, but a little farther out than we had pictured. Staff was excellent and helpful as we were there for the 4th of July celebration at the former site of the 1982 World's Fair and we needed directions. Would definately stay there again. Only down side was the VERY small indoor pool. We've seen hot tubs bigger than that! Otherwise, great.

“Great rest”

I rented this 3 night stay for my son & his girlfriend, after he served 1 year in Afghanistan. He wanted time alone in the mountains. I called Expedia & talked to the customer service rep, about my situation. As always, they found a great deal. My son said the room was awesome. He slept for 10 hours, several times; a much needed rest. They loved the jacuzzi in the room & the king-sized bed. But they were most impressed with the staff. They had a fantastic time and were relaxed, which is the best thing, next to him coming home, safe. Thank you, Expedia. I have always been extremely happy w/your service. And I recommend you to all of my friends & will always use you in the future! :)

“Loved our stay!”

I was traveling across country with 3 adults and 3 kids. We only needed a place to rest and get back on the road. With so many in our party it was hard finding a place were all of us could stay in one room to save money. This hotel offered two beds plus a pull out sofa so we all stayed very comfortably at an excellent price. It is also close to many restaurants and a TA service station. I highly recommend it.

The hotel was new and therefore was reasonably clean and comfortable. The pool was small and the water in it was salt water. Great breakfast included in price. Good friendly service.
